DONATION TRACK AGREEMENT

Donation Track Agreement – Selection U LLC

Effective Date: [1/1/26]

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Selection U, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Selection U,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the individual accepting these terms (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”).

 

By participating in the Donation Track and sharing Selection U discount codes, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Role and Independence

  • You are an independent participant and not an employee, agent, partner, or representative of Selection U, LLC.

  • You may not present yourself as affiliated with or endorsed by Selection U, LLC.

  • You are solely responsible for how and where you share your discount code.

 

2. Donation Program Overview

  • Selection U, LLC will donate $1.00 USD per month for each referred student who:

    • Uses your unique discount code at sign-up

    • Remains an active, paying Selection U subscriber

  • These donations are made by Selection U, LLC, not by the student or on their behalf.

 

3. Eligible Donation Recipients

  • Donations may be directed to:

    • (a) A public school fund affiliated with your institution

    • (b) A registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization

    • (c) A Selection U-approved scholarship or education fund

  • Selection U, LLC reserves the right to approve or deny donation recipients to ensure compliance with tax, legal, and mission-alignment standards.

 

4. Donation Timing and Thresholds

  • Donations are processed on a quarterly basis (on or around January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1).

  • Selection U, LLC may set a minimum donation threshold (e.g., $10) to reduce micro-transactions. If your accrued donations are below this threshold, we will still issue payment quarterly.

  • Selection U, LLC reserves the right to modify the donation schedule or thresholds at any time, with reasonable notice provided via email or dashboard.

 

5. Prohibited Conduct

Selection U, LLC may immediately terminate your participation if you:

  • Misrepresent Selection U’s services, pricing, or outcomes

  • Use coercive, misleading, or deceptive tactics to promote your code

  • Violate school, district, or employer policies

  • Direct donations to unqualified or fraudulent recipients

  • Engage in any conduct that harms Selection U’s brand, mission, or user trust

 

6. No Endorsement or Representation

  • Participation in the Donation Track does not imply endorsement of Selection U by you, your school, or your employer.

  • You may not use Selection U’s logos, trademarks, or branding without written permission.

 

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.

  • Upon termination, no further donations will be made based on your referral code.

  • Selection U, LLC may continue to honor prior donation commitments at its discretion.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Selection U, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Donation Track.

 

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

10. Acceptance

By checking the box or signing below, you agree to the terms of this Donation Track Agreement and confirm that you are legally authorized to participate.
